Flower delivery in Jesenice from a local florist

Jesenice lies about 16 km south-east of Prague city centre. It gained town status in 2015 and had about 10,500 residents in 2025. The municipality of Jesenice comprises Jesenice, Horní Jirčany, Osnice with the hamlet of Kocanda, and Zdiměřice with the hamlet of Drazdy.

In 1571, a post station for changing horses opened in Jesenice on the Prague–Vienna route and remained in operation for 301 years. A baroque monument commemorates Maxmiliána Alsterlová z Astfeldu, who died in a road accident in December 1706. The Chapel of the Virgin Mary stands in Zdiměřice. Jesenice has a sports complex with an athletics track, tennis courts and a skatepark.

Petr Sedláček is based in Dolní Břežany. From there, he delivers bouquets to Jesenice. Delivery is made directly to the recipient, not merely to an address.

A bouquet can be delivered to the recipient's home, workplace or another place where they are at the time. In Jesenice, this could be a school, the municipal office, a community centre or the sports complex. A senior housing building with care flats is another possible destination.
